At 18 o'clock in the afternoon of July 9th, two CHB2 high-pressure gas lift compressor units independently developed by Himile successfully passed the 72-hour trial operation performance test on the 75 and 58 platforms of Sichuan shale gas respectively, and successfully realized "one machine and three lifts"!

By injecting gas into the formation, the liquid in the well is discharged, which solves the phenomenon of "water sealing and water blockage" in the formation and improves the gas production of the gas well.

One compressor can meet the gas lift operation of one to three wells at the same time, and realize the synchronous gas lift of multiple wells through intelligent distribution of gas volume, reduce the configuration of gas lift equipment, and improve the utilization rate of equipment.

The power of the body of the two units is 300kW and 600kW respectively, and the rated speed is 1800r/min, which can be applied to continuous gas lift, high-pressure gas lift, wellhead pressurization, single well and multi-well platform pressurized gas lift integration and other working conditions. At the same time, according to the actual production needs, the gas lift of a single well can be freely allocated to fully meet the needs of multiple wells at the same time.
At present, the CHB2 unit has been successfully put into operation, and compared with the original compressor unit of the platform, its pressure range is wider, the working condition adaptability is stronger, the operating cost is lower, and the operation cycle is longer. At the same time, the whole skid also has many advantages such as compact structure, low noise, low vibration, automation and high degree of intelligence.
